The client required hot-dip galvanized monopole towers to expand local 4G and 5G communication network across South America. The construction sites cover two typical scenarios: roadside built-up area and tropical wooded terrain. The region features high humidity and frequent rainfall, which puts high requirements on the anti-corrosion performance of steel towers. Limited available land on site made monopole tower the ideal selection compared with lattice towers.
All monopole segments, antenna circular mounting frames and anchor bolts were prefabricated and hot-dip galvanized inside JIAYAO factory before shipment, to guarantee long-term corrosion resistance for humid tropical weather.

Hoisting Process: In the forest site, the JIAYAO monopole tower and top antenna rack were lifted and positioned by truck crane. All bolted connections are designed for quick field assembly without on-site welding.
Completed Monopole Tower: After erection, the galvanized single pole stands firmly beside the building. Pre-installed antenna brackets are ready for radio equipment mounting.
Project Yard Overview: Multiple JIAYAO monopole towers, satellite dishes and communication cables are stored at the client’s yard, showing the scale of this telecom network upgrade project.
